Delivery Policy

All our books and CDS/DVDs will be delivered within 3 weeks within India and 4-5 weeks outside India. For the products which are not available in stock the processing time will be intimated separately by email. The customer has the alternative to opt for alternate products If he chooses otherwise.

In case of the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery; we shall take the order as Delivered. Utmost care is taken to deliver the product in a good condition but in rare if the product is found to be faulty the same will be replaced if the complaint is registered within 3 weeks of delivery.
